Just Sweat Bootcamp kicked off 2016 helping participants reach new levels in both their physical and mental strength. Kelly lead a team of Sweaty Bettys and Baldwins that ranged in age from 18-69 had an early morning Sweat session every Saturday morning!

What I would tell others about Just Sweat™ : YES it’s a tough workout. But it’s supposed to be. I would tell them that even if they are scared now they will be AMAZED at how accomplished they will feel after even just one day of Sweat class. And that Just Sweat has probably become my most favorite part of JDR. I love the variety of exercises and that each element pushes you to work hard. I love that it can be modified to meet my level of ability. I love the sense of teamwork that comes from working hard in a small group and seeing other people with so many level differences working so hard and encouraging each other every step of the way. We didn’t talk much but the “way to go” was there in every glance and sweaty face across the room. I can’t wait to take Just Sweat again!
I think I am going to be going through withdrawals these next 2 weeks until next 10 week session starts for Just Sweat! I have learned so much and found out I can do more than I had ever thought. Most definitely has heightened my endurance. And I have even gotten positive comments on my noticeable weight loss!!
Good workout. Great timing early Saturday. Fun. Although I love the dance classes, I was looking for something more. We got plenty of encouragement, but no badgering from Kelly. There were a number of seniors in the group, and Kelly offered helpful modifications.
